Facility Hours & Access

  • Rising Strength KC is open daily from 5:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
  • Members must complete workouts and exit the facility by closing time.
  • Access is limited to active members only.
  • Do not allow non-members to enter the facility without staff approval.
  • Members are responsible for ensuring the door closes securely upon entry and exit.

SAFETY FIRST

Safety is the non-negotiable foundation of elite performance. Adhering to these protocols ensures a secure and focused training floor for every athlete.

  • Barbell collars and clips must be utilized for every weighted lift without exception.
  • All plates, dumbbells, and equipment must be returned to their proper racks immediately after use.
  • Athletes are required to wipe down benches and machines after each set with the provided sanitizer.
  • Use an experienced spotter for all maximal lift attempts or movements with overhead risk.
  • Properly secured, closed-toe athletic footwear must be worn on the floor at all times.
  • Any equipment showing signs of wear or malfunction must be reported to management immediately.
  • In the event of an emergency, call 911 immediately and notify gym staff if available.
  • Members train at their own risk and should only perform lifts appropriate to their experience level.
  • If unsure how to use equipment, consult staff or a trainer before use.

Equipment Discipline

Respect the tools that build you. Re-rack plates and dumbbells. Wipe down every surface after use. Excessive dropping, misuse, or intentional damage of equipment may result in membership termination and members are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of gym equipment. Keep the facility elite.

The Shared Grind

Members should avoid occupying multiple pieces of equipment at the same time during busy hours and allow others to work in between sets when reasonable. Avoid distractions. Stay focused on your mission and respect others' time and space.

• Hard training is encouraged respect others who are pushing themselves.
• Filming is allowed, but do not disrupt other members or block equipment.
